Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. As soon as our office picks up the order we will contact you to arrange delivery for usually the same or next day.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
All deliveries will be carried out by our own delivery service. Please note we do not deliver outside our store post code areas shown on our homepage. Deliveries are to ground floor level, we reserve the right to add an additional charge where stairs or difficult access may involve additional delivery operatives. We will talk through the access to your property when arranging the delivery.
You can now recycle your old electricals with us. If you're buying a new electrical item, we are able to recycle your old one for a small carriage fee. Why recycle? Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health. We can help We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items when purchasing a new item from us. Tylers offer a free in-store take back of your appliance when you purchase a like for like replacement. By prior arrangement you can return your appliance to our warehouse or for a small charge we can collect locally. To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin. What is WEEE? The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like for like basis. We deliver your order right away. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery slot and ask should you want connection and/or removal of old product etc.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All orders include 20% VAT .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products are brand new boxed stock and come with a minimum of 12 months manufactuer's guarantee. Where products on our site show a longer guarantee this is either direct with the manufactuer or via a reputable extended warranty insurer.

You can cancel your online purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery by:
returning the product to one of our stores (please bring your receipt with you and the card you paid with, so it can be credited)
Telephoning us on 01902 353200 - please have your order reference and delivery details to hand. (please note a charge will be made for collection of goods)
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
You will receive a full refund, and the cancellation is free of charge provided you return the product to a store. A charge will be made to collect the product from the delivery address. If you choose another method of return, you must bear the costs.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
You return your product to a store without proof of purchase.
The goods were a special order to your specification.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
Any fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), will be covered by the manufacturers guarantee and a in-house service call can be arranged by following the details on your receipt. We will always offer you an exchange if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
In otherwise “as new” condition. And complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and, if possible, the original box and packaging).
Please return the product to any of our stores or contact us on 01902 353200. If a fault occurs while you are abroad, please contact us after you return to the UK.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear, or consumable items (e.g.batteries).
Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. We will also pay for the costs of collecting goods for replacement or refund if they are not taken into a store.
MISSING, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please contact us on. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please follow the instructions in the delivery documents.
